Buyers Home Inspection Services

Buyer’s Inspection

Home buyers deserve to have a detailed and honest understanding of the property they are looking to buy. During the Buyer’s Inspection, we assess the home’s repair needs, current condition, operation, and future maintenance requirements to give buyers a full understanding of their investment.

Pre Listing Home Inspection

Pre-Listing Inspection

Before putting a home on the market, sellers can learn more about their property with a Pre-Listing Inspection. We inspect the home to help sellers understand its strengths, weaknesses, repair needs, and maintenance requirements so that these things can be addressed before listing the home, potentially helping sellers achieve their asking price and the home spend less time on the market.

New Construction Inspection

New Construction Inspection

Before a final walk-through with the builder, a newly constructed home should be inspected for building defects. During the New Construction Inspection, we check the new home for any issues that need to be repaired before the walk-through and ensure the home is move-in safe.

New Construction Phase Inspector

New Construction Phase Inspections

Defects can be sealed away and forgotten as the construction process moves forward. During New Construction Phase Inspections, we inspect the home at each phase of construction that the bank requests, allowing the builder the opportunity to address any issues or oversights before moving on.

Loan Construction Inspection

Loan Draw Inspection

Lenders like to know what they’re getting into before loaning to a client, and a Loan Draw Inspection can help. We inspect the home to report on its current condition and repair estimates, and the report can be shared with your loan provider.

Re Inspection

A buyer and seller will negotiate pre-closing repairs as a result of the Buyer’s Inspection. A Re-Inspection can be scheduled after these repairs are made. We will come back to the property to inspect the changes made and assure the buyer and seller that all agreements were honored.
